You’re eligible for a dividend if you own a company’s shares through its ex-dividend date.
Dividends are automatically credited to your Stake account approximately 2-3 trading days after the payment date, for you to reinvest or withdraw.
If you receive correspondence with a notification that your bank details have been amended, don’t worry: these are the BSB and Account Number linked to your Stake AUS account.
To change where your dividend is paid to, you’ll need to contact the respective share registry. Information on how to contact the registry can be found in the dividend payment letter you’ll receive from the company. It is usually one of the following registries:
You can view all dividend payments in the App by going to More > Funds and Balances, under Transactions. To only view dividend payments, use the filter and select Dividends.
